How to ask the recipient for more info
v.1.0.1
You can gather information about the recipient that you do not already know by using the function Ask for more info. When the recipient opens the goodiepack for the first time a pop up will appear with the questions you have chosen. The recipient must answer these questions before being able to see the content of the goodiepack. If the system already knows this information about the recipient the pop up won’t appear.
Step 1 - Go to ‘1. This goodiepack’
To ask the recipient of the goodiepack for more info you must first click on 1. This goodiepack at the top of the goodiepack designer.
Step 2 - Open ‘Show advanced properties’
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Show advanced properties.
Now you can scroll down to the box titled Ask for more info.
Step 3 - Choose predefined options or make your own questions
When you want to ask the recipient for more information you can first and foremost choose between our predefined options. If you wish to ask the recipient about any of these just check off the box on the left of the desired option.
You also have the possibility to make your own questions for the recipient to answer before getting access to the content of the goodiepack. You do that by filling in a question and possibly answer options.
If you leave the field below Answer options empty the recipient has to fill out the answer field with their own words instead of choosing an answer option you have predefined.
For each questions it is possible to make multiple answer options. You add more answer options by clicking Add value.
You can make multiple questions yourself for the recipient to answer. If you wish to add more questions, click Add parameter. To make multiple answer options for these questions, click Add value. You must fill in the first question before it's possible for you to add another question.
Step 3 - Save
When you’re done choosing what you want to ask the recipient of the goodiepack about, click Save and continue at the bottom of the page.
